These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the miga8888 platform, including the website accessible at https://miga8888.cam and all associated mobile, desktop, and application interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by miga8888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform through which the Player accesses services.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the totality of software, services, games, and interfaces operated under the miga8888 brand.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by miga8888's internal compliance policies.

• "We / Us / Our" refers to miga8888 and its authorised representatives, employees, and service providers.

To register and maintain an Account on miga8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies without exception to all account activities, including registration, deposits, gameplay, and bonus claims.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing miga8888 account. Only one account per natural person is permitted.
• You have not previously been subject to an account suspension or permanent ban by miga8888 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of miga8888 or its affiliated service providers.

miga8888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, or closure of the account.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number.

miga8888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as condition of account activation, processing of withdrawal requests, and pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering obligations. KYC documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet, bank account statement, or credit/debit card showing the last four digits).

You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process. Providing inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

miga8888 reserves the right to suspend account activity — including the processing of withdrawals — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The completion timeline is typically within 24 to 48 hours of all required documents being received in acceptable quality and format.

miga8888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 (converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Platform cashier. General deposit parameters are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (e-walets and DuitNow); RM 50 (FPX and online banking).
• Maximum deposit per transaction: RM 30,000 (subject to review for VIP accounts).
• Daily maximum aggregate deposit: subject to individual account tier and applicable responsible gambling limits set by the Player.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as the miga8888 account. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.

miga8888 does not charge processing fees on deposits for the majority of payment methods. Network fees for USDT TRC20 transactions areborne by the Player. Any fees levied by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Deposits are reflected in the Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed or missing deposit, the Player should contact our support team with the transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and have a cleared real-money balance available for withdrawal. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.
• Maximum single withdrawal: RM 30,000 (higher limits available for Gold VIP accounts subject to prior arrangement).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been approved by the compliance team.
• Bonus funds and the value of active free spins are not withdrawable directly; only net winings derived from Bonus Funds — and subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met — may be converted to withdrawable cash.

miga8888 targets the following processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; standard bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees; processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where enhanced verification is required.

miga8888 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players may be asked to provide supplementary documentation as part of this process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until such checks are concluded to the Company's satisfaction.

miga8888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between X10 and X20) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is MYR 250, unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The applicable contribution table is published within each specific promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit). Unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

miga8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotional terms found to have been obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of a technical error, or systematic bonus abuse will be voided.

All bets placed on the miga8888 Platform — whether on sports markets, live events, casino games, or any other offered product — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering:

• A bet is confirmed only once a unique confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the Player. No bet is valid until such confirmation is received.
• Once placed and confirmed, bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed except as expressly permitted under the cash-out or edit-bet features where available.
• miga8888 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, market suspension events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. The Platform is not liable for any odds accepted by the Player where a network delay between the Player's device and our servers results in a bet being placed at a displayed price that has since changed. In such cases, bets will be settled at the confirmed odds shown in the Player's bet history.
• All sports betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and all other covered competitions are settled in accordance with the relevant governing body's official result, unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, competition, and player tier. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the miga8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing previously closed Account through a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity, age, or contact information at any stage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage, circumvent security measures, or interfere with Platform operations.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share betting intelligence in breach of Platform rules, or coordinate wagering activity to exploit promotions or pricing errors.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or attempting to use the Platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winings derived from a demonstrable software error are void.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account details to access the Platform or conduct transactions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward Platform staff, other players, or any associated third party.

All content on the miga8888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, audio, video, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of miga8888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any portion of the Platform's software or source code;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use the miga8888 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of miga8888 intellectual property will be subject to immediate legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, miga8888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, data errors, or third-party service failures;
• Errors in sports data feeds, live score updates, or event results provided by third-party data suppliers that result in incorrect odds or market settlement;
• Any interruption, suspension, or delay in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory intervention.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit miga8888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia provide rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

miga8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder does not meet or longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• The Account has been used for or in connection with any activity prohibited under Clause 9;
• The Account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party;
• Continuation of the Account represents a risk of financial, legal, or reputational harm to miga8888 or other players;
• The Account holder has voluntarily requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.

In the event of account closure for legitimate use (i.e., where no prohibited activity has been found), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

The Player may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within five working days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure and are not payable in cash.

miga8888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling features, accessible through the Account Settings menu:

In the event of a dispute between Player and miga8888, the parties agree to first seek resolution through miga8888's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, the Player must contact our support team in writing, providing full details of the dispute and the resolution sought. miga8888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If the internal complaints process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the Player may seek to escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall affect the Player's statutory rights.

miga8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment, where operationally practicable.

The current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://miga8888.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
